Today I found a very interesting article on the internet and I would like to share it with you due to the importance it has for those who are looking for a second home or want to invest abroad. It starts saying that Panama is becoming a hot retirement, vacation, and investment destination. Something that called my attention was the opinion of a person who moved from New York to Panama, he said "I don't know where in the USA we could find a three-bedroom home within walking distance of a beautiful beach for $145,000". Another person mentioned that "When I first invested in Panama back 12 months ago, it was almost the kind of thing that seemed too good to be true". In the article they also mentioned that exists a lack of quality written information about the country. The good new is that new resources are becoming available to educate investors that might otherwise blindly buy into the hype. If you are a potential buyer, you need to learn how to tell the difference between the good, the bad and the ugly in Panama. You can do it through different resources like the ones that are mentioned in the article which are guides that detail the dos and don’ts of buying real estate.

Flowers & Plants

Our show home is being painted! The stone details look wonderful and match perfectly with the color of the paint. 
Besides, the garden designed in front of the house is beautiful. Along the sidewalk that takes you to the main entrance of the house, you will see colorful flowers called “novios”. You will find red, white and pink “novios” while you walk to the foyer of the house. If you see to your left, you will enjoy of delicate purple flowers and other beautiful plants.

New House Models

Finally our architects delivered the three new house models. The sizes range from 1,800 sq ft. to 2,300 sq ft. approximately. They changed not only in size but also in the distribution of the rooms. I saw the new models and I really like the way they are distributed. This new houses are the result of your opinions and recommendations which we take into consideration because we really care about you and your needs. Soon you will be able to see the floor plants of all the houses in our website; we are working very hard on that for you to appreciate the new models.

Relaxing and Beautiful

We already start working on the condominium area. We are delimiting the area, opening the roads, and soon we will dig to set the infrastructure which is totally underground. It is very important to mention that this area measures about 387,500 square feet but we will use just about 182,986 square feet for the construction of the condominiums, the rest will be assigned as green areas, gardens, and ponds. Improving Details

We have made some changes regarding to the original design of the house we are building, the same that will be our show home. Those changes are focused on improving some details our architects and engineers have found. Right now, the workers are applying the ceiling made with gypsum. I had the opportunity to appreciate their work and it looks really good.

New Homes

We desire the best things for our customers and future residents. For that reason we take in consideration all comments and we try to fulfill their necessities. As you know, in Nüare Boquete Residences, Resort & Spa we already have four fabulous houses for you to choose from. Well I have a very good new for you and for all of our customers who asked for this: our architects are working very hard in the design of two more houses! I still do not have the details, but I promise to keep you informed about this wonderful new.

Security

Gardens

In Nüare Boquete we never stop working hard to give all you deserve. Right now we are re-designed the gardens. Our landscaper is planting colorful flowers, plants of many colors, and beautiful palm trees. From an empty space, she has made wonderful things using large stones and many flowers of different colors. I really like what she has made and all the changes she decided to do in order to improve the gardens in Nüare Boquete.

Boquete Climate

We are now in the rainy season. Howerever, during the morning is usually sunny. Around noon it gets cloudy and a slight drizzle starts. It is in this moment where rainbows appear. Imagine sitting in the terrace of your house or relaxing in the balcony of your condo and having the always beautiful view of a rainbow. You do not have to imagine! Approximately 300 meters from Nüare Boquete Residences, Resort & Spa, in front the main street that takes you to Boquete downtown or to David, they are constructing a new shopping center. You will find a variety of services that will enhance your life when living in Boquete. It is a two story building where you will find banks, restaurants, drugstores, clinics, lawyers and many other facilities. You won’t have to travel to David, you will have everything here in Boquete and just steps from Nüare and it is so close that you can walk!

Investors

Some days ago we had a special visit. I’m talking about two investors who see Panama as a strategic point to invest their money. They wanted to explore all their options watching not only city projects, but also beach and mountain projects. We traveled from Panama City to Boquete by car because they had a special desire of knowing the country. We stopped several times along the road, which they mentioned was very well built, to visit different places. Finally we arrived to our final destination: Boquete. Once here, we toured this small but colorful town. Even, we tried to hike the Baru Volcano which is the highest elevation of Panama. At the end we didn’t because we are in the rainy season and it was not convenient to do so.

Way of Living

The condominium area is the heart of Nüare Boquete Residences, Resort & Spa. It is strategically located just steps from the Country Club & Spa where you will find the sport facilities and recreational stuffs. Right now we have trucks and other machinery working in this area, specifically digging in order to set the infrastructure which is underground. In the center of the community we have designed not only comfortable and spacious condominiums but also ponds and beautiful gardens.

Solid Structure

I do not know too much about construction but I have heard comments made by our customers. They agree in the fact that the houses are very well
built and that the structure is really solid. They also like the way the house is distributed. Imagine what they will they say when the houses are finished, painted, furnished and decorated. Every day we are closer to stop imagining because one of the houses is almost ready, the paint and the furniture have being already chosen and the decoration will be done by our experts who have years of experience in this field. I can wait until our show home is finished.

A Special Lunch

A few days ago we had the pleasure to offer a lunch in a local restaurant for a group of people interested in making Boquete their new home. They had a special interest in Nüare Boquete Residences, Resort & Spa because they had already assisted to a conference in Panama City where many residential projects were invited to give information about what they offer to those foreigners who are looking for a new place to live. So, after touring some projects in the City, they jumped a plane and traveled to one of the most beautiful places in the highlands of Panama. They came to Boquete.
